We begin with an honest assessment: what the system does, what it depends on, what data it holds and what can be retired outright. Then we modernise incrementally, replacing one capability at a time behind a stable interface while the old system keeps running. Data is migrated with reconciliation at every step. Security is improved as we go rather than promised for the end.

The assessment phase takes a few weeks and produces a modernisation plan with sequencing, risks and a realistic timeline. Delivery is organised in stages, each with its own cutover and rollback plan and each leaving the business in a better state than before.
