Many portals are a form in front of an email inbox. The request arrives, and from that moment nobody outside the organisation knows where it is, and often nobody inside does either. Status calls pile up, deadlines are missed, and the portal that was meant to reduce work creates a new kind of it.

Staff get a queue, not an inbox. Notifications go out by email or SMS at the right moments, and every step is recorded so the history of a case is never in doubt.

We start with the process owners and map the workflow as it should run, including the exceptions that make real processes messy. The first release covers one complete workflow end to end. Subsequent workflows reuse the same engine, so each one is faster than the last. Integration with identity, payment and records systems is scoped explicitly.
