Engagements are scoped to the decision: a review of a few days, an evaluation of a few weeks, or a retained architect who joins your design discussions on a regular basis. The output is a written recommendation with the reasoning, so it can be challenged and revisited. We are happy to be in the room when it is presented to leadership.
